Cleaning the fountain

If the Vital Flow / Vital Flow Mini is used by an animal, the water should be changed min. every two days. To clean the fountain, you can simply remove the pump using two suction cups and the filter. Clean the plastic parts to keep the water in the drinking fountain germ-free. The fountain itself is made of ceramic and is therefore dishwasher safe. Calcification is best treated with household vinegar or commercially available limescale remover. Please also refer to the directions for use.

Cleaning the filter and pump:

The filter and pump should be cleaned once a week (depending on the frequency of use). If there are several animals, at correspondingly shorter intervals. This will prolong the life of your pump and your cat will always have clean water. Please also refer to the directions for use.
